Mac Investigation can provide you with a Directorship Report for an individual, this will show; any current directorships, previous directorships or disqualifications. The dates being appointed director and date of resignation if applicable, along with Personal information where available; Full name, Date of Birth, Country of residency, current address, occupation.
Company Reports will contain; Company Name (previous names if applicable), Company Name, Registered Office address, current status, current and previous directors, mortgages, current date of last accounts filed. Any company document held by Companies House can be provided for our clients.

Family History / Genealogy

Mac Investigation can assist you in building your family tree and family history. We can search for and produce quickly Birth, Death, Marriage and Adoption certificates from the General Register Office.
We can help to trace back through your family history, we can accompany you to the General Register Office and the Public Records Office Northern Ireland (PRONI) to show you how to search your family history.
Mac Investigation can provide copies of wills and probate records for Northern Ireland.
We can provide you with Census data, street directories, service records for Navy, Army, Air Force and Merchant Navy.

EPC's - Energy Performance Certificate's

Mac Investigation will carry out a Energy Performance Certificate for any property commercial or domestic in Northern Ireland. The certificate is produced by a Domestic Energy Assessor.
EPC's are a requirement for the sale of any property, and will measure energy performance of the building. The EPC is the certification document required, to implement the Directive in Northern Ireland, the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) Regulations (NI) 2008.
